Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Large Format Printing Machine Operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring large format printing machines to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and exhibition materials according to job specifications and deadlines. The operator will prepare and load media and inks, perform test runs, adjust machine settings, and carry out routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting printed output for color accuracy and defects, applying quality control standards, and coordinating with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time. The role also requires safe use of related machinery and hand tools, adherence to workplace safety procedures, and accurate documentation of production activities.
Qualifications

• Ability to operate large format printing machines and related machinery, with practical experience in Machine Operation in a production or print environment.
• Strong focus on Quality Control, including inspecting outputs, identifying defects, and maintaining consistent print standards.
• Comfortable working with Machinery and Hand Tools for setup, adjustments, basic repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with design, fabrication, and project teams, and to follow work orders and technical instructions.
• Previous experience in large format printing, signage production, or exhibition fabrication is highly beneficial.
• Basic understanding of print files, color matching, and common print materials (e.g., vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle manual tasks safely, and follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
• Secondary school diploma or vocational training in printing, graphics, or a related technical field is preferred.
