Job summary

Vertex Trading in Dubai Commer City seeks a Graphic Designer and Machine Operator to design graphics, logos, and branding, and to operate printing machines for high-quality production. The role combines creative design with hands-on printing, color calibration, and routine machine maintenance in a fast-paced onsite environment.

You will work with the design team to ensure artwork meets production specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Ability to operate and maintain printing machines (Mimaki, Laser, Sublimation, Fargo, UV Printing and Laser Engraving)
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and mockups for pad printing, laser engraving, screen printing, UV printing, round printing, automatic textile machine, heat transfer, sublimation etc.
• Perform spray painting and finishing on products, ensuring even application, accurate color matching, and a high-quality finish.
• Manage color calibration and ensured accurate color reproduction
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure artwork and specifications met production requirements
• Label completed products before transporting it to client
• Operate and maintain various machines and printers and troubleshooting technical issues when necessary
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on printing machines to ensure optimal performance

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Machine Operator at Vertex Trading, located in Dubai Commer City. The Graphic Designer and Machine Operator will be responsible for designing graphics, logos, and branding using appropriate software. They will also operate and maintain printing machines to produce high-quality prints.
