Job summary

Secret Gardens LLC is seeking a Landscape/Architect Designer in Dubai to create and oversee 3D landscape designs, manage clients through sales, design and construction stages. The role offers a commission-based opportunity and a competitive salary.

You will develop conceptual proposals, produce 2D/3D designs, and present to clients while coordinating with the operations team. UAE experience and a UAE driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; minimum 2+ years UAE experience.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and other graphic/rendering software.
• Knowledge of modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations; photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed landscape design proposals; prepare 2D/3D designs and CAD drawings.
• Create and present 3D renders using AutoCAD/Sketchup/Lumion; collaborate with clients through design and construction stages.
• Review plans and specifications; coordinate with operations; ensure deadlines and client satisfaction.
• Lead material selection and liaise with manufacturers/suppliers; stay updated with market trends.
• Prepare project estimates with the Operations Team; assist Design Manager with duties; manage team.

We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. Responsibilities

• Develop Conceptual Proposals.
• Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.
• Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Lead selection of suitable material for projects.
• Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
• Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
• Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Design Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2 + years of experience in related field, within UAE.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.
• It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.
• Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Valid UAE Driving License
