• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, Drafting or a related field.
• AutoCAD certification or equivalent drafting qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Landscape Draughtsman.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape construction drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop hardscape, softscape, planting, irrigation, grading and landscape lighting drawings.
• Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, construction details and material layouts.
• Coordinate landscape drawings with architectural, civil, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Review design drawings and incorporate revisions based on client, consultant or project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards and applicable local authority regulations.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, material schedules and drawing registers as required.
• Maintain proper document control and revision records.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide drafting support during design and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and update drawings.
• Assist the project team in resolving technical drafting and coordination issues.
• Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draughtsman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate landscape drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation for residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure landscape projects. The role requires close coordination with landscape architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, local authority requirements, and construction standards.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Landscape Draughtsman.
• Experience in landscape construction projects, including villas, parks, commercial developments, hospitality and public realm projects.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with municipality and authority requirements is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or similar software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction details, grading, irrigation systems, paving, planting layouts and outdoor lighting.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil and engineering drawings.
• Excellent drafting and detailing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
