Job summary

Secret Gardens LLC, a landscaping design & build company in Dubai, is hiring a Landscape/Architect Designer who will create and oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients through sales, design and construction stages.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 2+ years UAE experience, is fluent in Arabic and English, and is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office; a UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with 2+ years UAE experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and MS Office.
• Knowledge of other CAD packages and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed 3D landscape designs and proposals.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renders, CAD drawings and proposals for clients.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate through design and construction stages.
• Coordinate with operations team and suppliers; manage project estimates.
• Lead team and ensure deadlines and client satisfaction.
