Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with 2+ years of UAE experience.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D rendering software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Develop Conceptual Proposals for landscape projects.
• Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals including 2D design, 3D renders, CAD drawings.
• Review detailed plans and specifications using CAD.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
• Present proposals to clients and negotiate through design and construction phases.
• Ensure deadlines are met according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations Team to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Lead selection of materials and stay updated with market trends.
• Prepare project estimates with Operations Team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Design Manager; team management.
