The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, material testing, and formulation development. The candidate must be capable of developing new formulations, conducting material tests, analyzing results, and ensuring product quality in accordance with industry standards.

• Develop, test, and improve new chemical formulations based on product requirements and industry specifications.
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials, finished products, and other materials.
