• Experience in laboratory operations, material testing, and formulation development.
• Ability to develop new formulations and conduct material tests to ensure product quality.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare technical reports and maintain records.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, and improve chemical formulations based on requirements and specs.
• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, finished products, and other materials.
• Perform material testing to evaluate quality, performance, durability, and compliance with standards.
• Analyze test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate lab records.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support development and resolve issues.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is maintained, calibrated, and used per procedures.
• Follow safety procedures, QC processes, and industry standards.
