Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Asphalt Materials Engineer to conduct laboratory and field testing of asphalt aggregates and construction materials. You will monitor paving activities, check mix quality, and ensure documentation and calibration of equipment meet project standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ UAE years in asphalt pavement, with knowledge of mix design and quality control, and hold a civil or materials engineering degree. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field.


• 5+ years of UAE experience in asphalt pavement / road construction.


• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving and laying processes.


• Hands-on experience with rolling pattern setup.


• Knowledge of asphalt mix design and quality control.


• Experience in field and laboratory testing procedures.


• Experience on road, highway or infrastructure projects.


• Ability to prepare test reports and maintain quality documentation.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.


• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
