You will oversee repairs, inventory, safety, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure fleet reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations management or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of P&L and KPIs; ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management: oversee day-to-day operations and staff across shifts.
• Repair & maintenance coordination to maximize fleet availability.
• Set KPIs for productivity; coach and take corrective action.
• Parts & inventory management including ordering and tracking.
• Safety, compliance, and local regulations adherence.
• Optimize layout, workflows, and processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with fleet ops, logistics, government relations, and product teams.
• Analyze data to identify trends, drive improvements, and control costs.
• Manage backlog reduction, tool management, PPE standardization, and fleet refurbishment projects.
