Job summary

Lime seeks an Operations Specialist in Seattle, WA to support daily operations of our shared micromobility fleet. You will deploy and retrieve vehicles, interact with the community, and perform safety checks while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

The position requires a valid driver license, comfort with outdoor work in all weather, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. You will join a dynamic team and support events and field operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 with a valid in-state driver license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for several hours a day to deploy and retrieve Lime electric vehicles.
• Interact with the local community to assess and manage safety risks while handling vehicle deployments.
• Address and resolve city requests related to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues.
• Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager.
• Support Lime events by providing valet services, staging, and safety reviews; ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with battery management documentation and quality checks as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles including brake adjustments and tire inflation.
• Monitor designated zones with on-foot patrols to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness.
• Detect and report uncommon on-ground issues related to service and product.
• Assist customers in the field with Lime vehicles when required.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure riders operate safe vehicles.
• Operate a pallet jack or push cart as needed.
• Additional job-related tasks as assigned.
