Job summary

Lime, a leading global micromobility company, is seeking an Operations Specialist in Los Angeles. You will deploy and retrieve Lime electric vehicles, coordinate with the local community, and ensure safety and compliance in daily field operations.

This contract position is employed by a third-party employer. You may participate in events, perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, and support in warehouse flow as needed. Strong safety mindset and valid driver license required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver license.
• Able to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg frequently.
• Experience in a similar role and knowledge of local geography.
• Able to operate large vans and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community and assess risk to safety.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc., per SLAs.
• Maintain communication with team members and managers.
• Support Lime events, including valet services and safety reviews.
