Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a Learning Associate to coordinate training across the site, facilitating sessions, maintaining compliance, and managing daily training documentation. The role collaborates with the L&D and Operations teams to ensure performance standards and effective content delivery.

The position requires fluent English, trainer experience, and flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends and nights, to support logistics operations in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all training programs for up to 50 members per session.
• Track performance, learning curve and quality; implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to training programs to ensure standard work and update processes and dashboards.
• Create training documents; utilize software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing.
• Close gaps in developmental needs for individuals and groups; plan process changes.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to update training documents and ensure site adoption of changes.
• Create internal dashboards and report training progress and KPIs in leadership calls.

The AMZL Trans Learning Specialist works with their Country L&D manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Production Assistants, Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers and Sort Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide ground level training facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Associate will play an integral role in ensuring all operations compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Specialist is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department

Key job responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session) Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects Create training documents; utilize various software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, video editing to design effective training content Execute plans to close gaps in the developmental needs for individuals and groups Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes Create internal dashboards and use them to report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

Basic Qualifications

Speak, write, and read fluently in English Experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners, or experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, or experience in an operational role
