Job summary

The School of Research Science Dubai invites applications for a full-time Head of Year KS4. Based in Dubai, you will lead Year 10 and Year 11 pastoral care, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, while monitoring progress across subjects using data systems.

You will coordinate interventions with staff and lead a team to maintain high standards of attainment. Suitable candidates will have UK KS4 experience and be ready to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead KS4 students and monitor wellbeing.
• Strong classroom and pastoral leadership experience.
• Commitment to data-informed progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Year 10 and Year 11 pastoral care, attendance, punctuality and wellbeing.
• Monitor academic progress across subjects using data and progress tracking.
• Coordinate interventions with teachers and leadership team.
• Teach Science, English, Psychology, Humanities or Girls PE as needed.
