Job summary

SFC Plus is hiring Crew Members in the UAE to join our fast-paced QSR team. You will perform hands-on kitchen tasks, prepare items like pizza and burgers, and assist with counter service and guest handover.

We value energy, discipline, reliability, and attention to hygiene to deliver a positive brand experience. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in QSR or fast-food operations and can work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in QSR or fast-food operations.
• Experience in kitchen operations and basic customer service.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and cooking procedures.
• Follow food preparation timelines to ensure speed, consistency, and quality during peak service hours.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen and service areas.
• Demonstrate disciplined work habits, punctuality, and respect for supervisors and team members.
• Assist in counter service, order taking, packing, and guest handover when required.
• Interact with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Handle customer requests and basic concerns calmly and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and packaging of all food items.
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures, including cleaning and stock checks.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service.
• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods, and demonstrate willingness to learn.
