MarryBrown UAE is hiring for an entry-level role focused on Food Preparation Kitchen Operations, Customer Service, Cashiering, and Cleanliness. You will prepare and assemble food, maintain hygiene, handle orders, and support the team to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have fast-paced restaurant experience, strong communication, and reliability. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food according to standard recipes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the station.
• Follow FIFO and stock procedures for prepared items.
• Open and close duties as assigned by the manager.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Greet customers, take orders, and serve accurately.
• Assist with cashiering and upsell menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas and cooperate with team.

Job description

Food Preparation Kitchen Operations

• Prepare and assemble food products according to standard recipes and procedures
• Maintain high standards of strong food preparation hygiene cleanliness and organization strong at the assigned station
• Follow proper food hygiene and strong Clean As You Go strong practices
• Follow strong FIFO First In First Out strong procedures for prepared raw frozen and dry food items
• Maintain the required stock of ready-to-serve food side items and condiments
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Manager
• Safely operate food preparation equipment and tools
• Report any equipment breakdowns or malfunctions promptly to the manager

Customer Service Order Handling

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Release and serve orders accurately and completely
• Attend to customer feedback professionally and report complaints to the manager without delay
• Provide a positive customer experience while maintaining service standards

Cashiering Sales

• Perform cashiering duties according to the restaurant s procedures
• Handle cash accurately and follow cash-handling policies
• Promote menu items and promotions through strong upselling and suggestive selling strong
• Thank customers and encourage repeat business

Cleanliness Teamwork

• Maintain the cleanliness of the strong kitchen counter dining area and surrounding areas strong
• Use the correct cleaning materials and procedures
• Cooperate and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding uniforms accommodation and workplace conduct
• Maintain respectful and professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant, QSR, or similar F&B environment is preferred
• Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, customer service, or cashiering is an advantage
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
