We are hiring Crew Members for our QSR brand SFC Plus. This role requires hands‑on kitchen work along with basic customer interaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast‑paced food service environment while maintaining high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Behaviours:

• Prepare food items such as pizza, fried chicken, burgers, and wraps according to standard recipes and cooking procedures
• Follow food preparation timelines to ensure speed, consistency, and quality during peak service hours
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen and service areas
• Demonstrate disciplined work habits, punctuality, and respect for supervisors and team members
• Assist in counter service, order taking, packing, and guest handover when required
• Interact with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Handle customer requests and basic concerns calmly and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed
• Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and packaging of all food items
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures, including cleaning and stock checks
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and fast service
• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy periods, and demonstrate willingness to learn

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QSR or fast‑food operations preferred
• Experience in kitchen operations and basic customer service
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with standing duties
• Basic English communication skills required
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
