Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the kitchen areas and dishwashing zone. You will ensure hygiene, operate pot-washing machinery, and support waste disposal in compliance with regulations and company standards.

The role requires willingness to perform repetitive cleaning duties, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with general duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Maintains cleanliness in assigned kitchen areas.
• Follows hygiene regulations and company standards.
• Performs routine cleaning and waste disposal.
• Supports sanitation guidelines and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize kitchen areas and dishwashing zones.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain hygienic workspace.
• Collect and remove trash following established procedures.
• Dispose of waste per standards and recycle as required.
• Clean, sanitize and store pots, pans, utensils and equipment.
