Job summary

You will clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, and kitchen utensils, and you will maintain tidy corridors and holding areas while working in close cooperation with all kitchen and service staff.

You will follow the duty schedule and shifts, perform all stewarding tasks as instructed, and strive to minimize wastage, breakage and spoilage.

Responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, corridors and holding areas.
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees.
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts.
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
