Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Kitchen Steward to uphold the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas in Dubai. You will support the culinary team by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes and tools, while coordinating the cleaning of glassware, chinaware, and silverware.

You will also help manage inventory and uphold safety standards. Join a dynamic stewarding team focused on hygiene, efficiency, and environmental responsibility, contributing to smooth meal

Qualifications

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
• Assist in washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.
• Coordinate the cleaning and polishing of silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of kitchen and dining equipment.
• Ensure the timely removal of garbage and waste from kitchen areas.
• Support the culinary team in food prep and setup for meal services.
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness in food storage areas.
