Job summary

MCFT Group is seeking a skilled Kitchen Maintenance Technician to join our team across UAE, KSA and Oman. You will maintain and repair ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, ensure safety standards, and keep detailed service records. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Maintenance Technician or in a similar role or industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with kitchen equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct planned preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of appliances.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work completed.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues related to kitchen equipment.
