Job summary

Reap HR Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking reliable Kitchen Helpers to support daily food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will assist with mise en place, basic vegetable and meat prep, ingredient handling, storage, and hygiene, with an emphasis on teamwork and efficiency. This full-time role offers a 10-hour shift, one day off per week, and an all-inclusive salary of AED 2,300–2,500 per month. Applicants should have 4–5 years experience and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge.
• Able to use basic kitchen tools safely.
• Understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physically capable of working in a busy kitchen.
• Willing to follow instructions and support chefs.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables.
• Assist with basic meat preparation as instructed.
• Prepare ingredients for service.
• Receive and store ingredients correctly.
• Maintain organised storage and preparation areas.
• Keep workstations clean throughout service.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required.
