Job summary

REAPHR is seeking Kitchen Helpers in Abu Dhabi to support daily food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will assist chefs with mise en place, basic vegetable/meat preparation, ingredient handling, storage and hygiene.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of experience, can safely use basic kitchen tools, and are reliable and punctual. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage; salary is AED 2,300–2,500 per month all-inclusive, with a 10-hour shift and one day off per week.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge.

• Physically capable of working in a busy kitchen.
• Willing to follow instructions and support chefs.

Responsibilities

• Support chefs with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Wash, peel, cut and prepare vegetables.
• Assist with basic meat preparation as instructed.
• Prepare ingredients for service.
• Receive and store ingredients correctly.
• Maintain organised storage and preparation areas.
• Keep workstations clean throughout service.
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as required.
