Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Kitchen Technician in a 4/5* hotel.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of hot and cold kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with HACCP requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance schedules.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, dishwashers, and fridges.
• Conduct daily log checks and coordinate with hygiene manager to meet HACCP.
• Liaise with contractors and supervise kitchen equipment repairs.
