The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends. Salary ranges 3,500–5,000 AED monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in entertainment/retail/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in well-known retail brands preferred (e.g., H&M, Zara).
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and support play area staff.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
