360 HR Partners is seeking a Sales Manager for a Dubai-based role within a Mobile & Electronics trading company. The position is full-time and on-site, located in Dubai, with a monthly salary range of AED 12,000 to 18,000 and strong career growth opportunities.

The Sales Manager will lead major client accounts, build lasting relationships, and drive sales for mobile devices, laptops, and related accessories across UAE/GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in account management or sales or business development in UAE/GCC mobile/laptop accessories.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile and laptop market in the Middle East.
• Notice period experience: consumer electronics sales, 3 years required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good connections with key customers and major retail clients in the mobile and accessories industries.
• Achieve sales objectives and KPIs by managing and growing relationships with important clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain departments to guarantee product availability and promotional success.
• Analyze industry trends, competition activity, and customer demands to create personalized sales tactics.
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions to meet revenue targets.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, sales projections, and market information.
• To maintain high customer satisfaction, ensure that client concerns are resolved on time and provide after-sales assistance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts and target clients.
