Unilever UAE is seeking a proactive MT category management specialist to lead key account activities across UAE. You will partner with retail partners to implement category strategies, drive in-store execution, and improve shelf share for Skin Cleansing, Deos and Oral Care.
You will analyze sell-out data, coordinate launches with head office, and ensure accurate master data, promotions, and pricing compliance to drive category growth.

This role is responsible for key account management for MT customers in UAE specifically.
Retail-Centric Category Strategy: Develop Account store-specific category plans for Skin Cleansing, Deos & Oral Care, ensuring alignment with retailer objectives Keep a track of store audits to assess shelf share, competitor placements, and compliance with planograms.Planning, implementing Customer events & marrying the same with the Brand / category objectives. Identify gap vs. potential in assortment and recommend range adjustments.Keep a track of spends vs the planned budgets at customer / category level. Head Office Coordination: Act as the bridge between execution teams and head office Align on new product launches, discontinuations, and promotions. Timebound listing of NPI's & new promotions Managing the product master data in customer system Share store-level insights (e.g., slow-moving SKUs, promo effectiveness) to refine national strategies. Ensure timely planning & oversee execution of POSM and merchandising guidelines. Promotion & Pricing Execution Design retailer-specific promo plans and track ROI. Negotiate with HO to get implement the right promotion for right store Monitor pricing compliance vs. competitors. Data-Driven Decision Making Analyze sell-out data, MS, and secondary sales to recommend corrective actions Prepare weekly/monthly reports for head office on category performance Use the available Dunnhumby portal to take data driven decisions
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in FMCG Modern Trade category management/trade marketing, preferably in personal care/hygiene, with a track record of performance. Expertise in retail store operations and head office processes. Proficiency in planogram and EPOS data analysis
Strong negotiation skills Collaborative mindset to work with HO & Company cross functional teams
