Pure White Cafeteria in Sharjah, UAE seeks an experienced Kerala Cook to join the team. The role focuses on authentic Kerala breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners, with emphasis on taste, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.

Location is Al Khan, Sharjah. Salary ranges from AED 1,200 to AED 2,200, with accommodation, food, and visa provided. Candidates with UAE visa are preferred and prior Kerala cooking experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Kerala cook is preferred.
• Maintain good hygiene and discipline in the kitchen.
• UAE visa holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Kerala-style breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.
• Prepare Kerala breakfast items such as Dosa, Idly, Appam, Puttu, Poori, and other dishes.
• Prepare lunch items including Biriyani, Ghee Rice, Curries and side dishes.
• Prepare evening snacks such as Pazham Pori, Vada, and other Kerala snacks.
• Prepare traditional dishes such as Porotta, Chicken Curry, Beef Curry, Fish Curry, and other Kerala-style curries.
• Maintain taste, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Handle food preparation and kitchen work efficiently.

• Prepare authentic Kerala-style breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner.

• Prepare breakfast items such as Dosa, Idly, Appam, Puttu, Poori, and other Kerala breakfast dishes.
