Job summary

La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi is seeking hospitality professionals to join our celebrated team and deliver the exceptional LPM guest experience. A strong knowledge of our French-Mediterranean cuisine and service standards will help you meet guest needs and showcase your personality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or a similar role, fluent English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality/F&B (min 2 years).
• Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 years).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• English – fluent oral and written.
• Attention to details, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests.
• To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions.
• To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
• To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
• To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
