La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to run a section of the kitchen with responsibility for preparation, cooking to LPM standard, and guiding junior chefs.

You will maintain mise en place, support stock rotation, and uphold hygiene and safety standards during service in a landmark beachfront restaurant opening. Experience in reputable kitchens and formal culinary training are preferred.

The Role
