Responsibilities
- Assist in recommending and serving wines based on guest preferences.
- Present, open, and pour wine professionally following service standards.
- Support guests in pairing wine selections with menu items.
- Maintain the wine cellar, manage inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and FIFO.
