Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a non-management team member at DIFC, Dubai to ensure staff work together to deliver exceptional guest service in line with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, inventory and stock, safety, guest well-being, and coaching team members to uphold the brand's service excellence. Maintain professionalism and protect company assets at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
