Job summary

ZUMA Design Consultants FZ-LLC in Dubai is seeking a Junior Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to drive new business and support client relationships across architecture, interior design, product design, and landscape design projects. You will generate leads, follow up with clients, attend site meetings, and coordinate with designers and engineers.

Fluency in Arabic and English, driving license, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, motivated, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to attend site meetings and travel for client visits.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and source new sales leads through various channels.
• Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Conduct site mapping and identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain and regularly update sales databases, Excel sheets, and sales reports.
• Attend site meetings and assist designers with site measurements when required.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team and other relevant departments.
• Schedule and arrange appointments with contractors, designers, architects, and interior designers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-up on enquiries and opportunities.
• Support the sales team in achieving business development and sales targets.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying new opportunities and following up on potential clients.
