Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a versatile analyst to support ERP implementation and ongoing system activities, including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, and user adoption.

You will coordinate with IT, departments and external partners on process improvement initiatives, monitor data quality, KPI reporting, and automation using Power BI, Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation and coordination skills.
• Exposure to Power Apps, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Lean Six Sigma, or BA certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities: requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, and user adoption.
• Coordinate with IT, departments and external partners on process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data using Power BI and Excel to support better decision-making.
• Map end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize processes and automate for efficiency and visibility.

Job description

type 1 Support the implementation and Support ERP and system activities including requirements gathering testing issue tracking user coordination and user adoption Support ongoing improvement of Camelia s ERP system after implementation Coordinate with departments IT and external implementation partners on system process and digital improvement initiatives Support data quality standardization and accuracy across ERP reporting and digital systems Identifying opportunities to digitalize processes through technology and for automation in order to improve efficiency accuracy and visibility Explore and support the practical use of AI and Generative AI tools to improve reporting documentation analysis productivity and business processes Review and document end-to-end business processes and identify bottlenecks gaps duplication and improvement opportunities Prepare and maintain process maps SOPs workflows related process documentation Analyze operational data using Power BI Excel and other tools to support better decision-making Monitor improvement actions project activities and implementation progress through proper tracking and follow-up

Key skills include ERP systems, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, process mapping/documentation, KPI reporting, and basic understanding of core business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and HR.

Exposure to Power Apps, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certifications would be an advantage.
