Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking an ERP & Digital Transformation Support specialist in Dubai to assist with ERP implementation, ongoing system improvements and data-driven decision support. You will collaborate with IT, departments and partners to enhance processes and data quality across ERP, reporting and digital platforms.

The role involves analyzing operational data with Power BI and Excel, identifying automation opportunities, and exploring AI tools to boost productivity and accuracy

Qualifications

• ERP systems, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, KPI reporting experience.
• Exposure to core business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ERP and system activities including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, user coordination and user adoption.
• Support ongoing improvement of Camelia’s ERP system after implementation.
• Coordinate with departments, IT and external implementation partners on system, process and digital improvement initiatives.
• Support data quality, standardization and accuracy across ERP, reporting and digital systems.
• Identifying opportunities to digitalize processes through technology and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy and visibility.
• Explore and support the practical use of AI and Generative AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, productivity and business processes.
• Review and document end-to-end business processes and identify bottlenecks, gaps, duplication and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, related process documentation.
• Analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel and other tools to support better decision-making.
• Monitor improvement actions, project activities and implementation progress through proper tracking and follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key skills include ERP systems, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, process mapping/documentation, KPI reporting, and basic understanding of core business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and HR. Exposure to Power Apps, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certifications would be an advantage.
