Job summary

Bezhy Cake Cafe in Dubai is seeking a reliable Commis Pastry Chef to support our Cake Chef with the daily preparation and production of cakes, pastries and desserts.

This hands-on role requires a solid baking foundation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing pastry skills under the Cake Chef, delivering consistent quality and presentation for customer orders.

Location: Al Wasl Sports Club, Al Jaddaf, Dubai; Employment type: Full-time, on-site; visa provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pastry experience with cakes, pastries and desserts.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation.
• Willingness to learn under a Cake/Pastry Chef.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients; prepare batters, doughs, creams, fillings, and frostings.
• Assist with cake assembly, finishing, and simple decorations.
• Maintain product quality, portion sizes, and presentation; pack orders for customers.
• Follow food-safety procedures for allergens, storage, labeling and waste reduction.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean; support daily production.
