Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Energy, or related field.
• Background in junior trading, oil trading operations, or business development within the oil sector.
• Understanding of physical oil trading, petroleum products, logistics, pricing, or international trade.
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical ability, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good command of English; Russian-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the trading team with execution of physical oil and product transactions.
• Monitor market developments, prices, supply-and-demand dynamics, and trading opportunities.
• Assist with preparing commercial offers, pricing calculations, and deal evaluations.
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, brokers, terminals, and other counterparties.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the development of commercial relationships.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations, Finance, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Follow transactions from negotiation through execution and final settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of trades, market information, and commercial activities.
• Gradually develop an independent trading portfolio under the guidance of senior traders.
