Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in sales or real estate (Dubai experience preferred).
Genuine interest in off-plan real estate and Dubai's property market.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support senior off-plan consultants in presenting new project launches to clients.
Identify and engage potential buyers through various prospecting channels.
Arrange and attend developer briefings, project launches, and site visits.
Guide clients through the off-plan reservation and SPA signing process.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Stay updated on new project releases, developer incentives, and market trends.
