Job summary

Engel & Völkers Dubai is seeking an Investment Advisor Off-Plan to drive off-plan property sales on a commission-only basis. You will source investors, present opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle with developers and high-net-worth clients.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and fluent in English, with experience in Dubai real estate and RERA certification or willingness to obtain it. Commission-driven earnings offer significant upside.

• Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred and off-plan experience is a plus.

Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Investment Advisor Off-Plan to join our Dubai team on a commission-only basis. This role focuses exclusively on off-plan property sales working closely with leading developers and high-net-worth investors. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial client-focused and thrives in a performance-based environment.

• Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments
• Present investment opportunities aligned with client financial goals
• Conduct property consultations virtual and in-person presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and project sales teams
• Stay up to date with market trends launches and pricing strategies
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand within the luxury real estate sector

• Experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan experience preferred)
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to generate own leads and build a pipeline
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
