Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to employees, management and the board on various issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents.
• Ensure all company transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on policy updates.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, filings and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management.
• Develop and enforce internal governance policies to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
