Job summary

Enata Group is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its Dubai-based Legal and Corporate Department. This full‑time, on‑site role will help establish contracting processes and ensure accurate preparation and archiving of legal documents.

The position entails collaboration with internal departments and external parties to uphold strong legal practices, with reporting and workflow completed on time and to standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating and drafting commercial and vendor agreements.
• Establish and maintain scalable contracting processes and templates.
• Provide administrative support for legal documentation.
• Assist with corporate initiatives like litigation, corporate matters, trademarks.
• Participate in developing company policies on legal issues.
• Assist in compliance projects.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on applicable laws and regulations.
• Support legal counsel in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide Administrative support within the Corporate and Legal Team.
• Assist your line manager when required.
• Lead or assist in any special project as per the Corporate and Legal Team's requirement.
• Assist in the production of presentations and reports, including and not limited to performing research, analysis and summaries of market information and trend
• Stay updated on legal regulations, and ensuring the organization's compliance

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Junior Legal Counsel role based in Dubai. role is to contribute to the effective operation of the ENATA Group Legal and Corporate Department.

You are responsible for establishing and maintaining effective contracting processes and ensuring that all legal documents are accurately prepared and archived.

Your collaboration with relevant departments and external parties shall ensure that the Group has strong Legal and Corporate practices and that all reporting and workflow is completed on time and within the requested standards.

Employment Location:

DIFC, with trips to Hamriyah Freezone, Shajrah, and Abu Dhabi if needed
