• Assist the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in daily operations.
• Prepare mise-en-place and food production in main kitchen or satellites according to menu specifications.
• Maintain hygienic work areas in accordance with hotel rules and regulations.
• Monitor stock levels and food cost within your section.
• Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure high standards and quality, staying updated on new products, recipes and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
