Job summary

ELE Interior Design is a boutique studio in Dubai seeking a talented Emirati National Interior Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and an architecture qualification preferred, with experience on high-end residential projects in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects, adhering to the company's style and vision.
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and design needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address client requirements.
• Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.
• Oversee FF&E & Procurement processes.
• Manage project supervision both onsite and remotely, ensuring smooth communication with Clients & Contractors.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and propose solutions to the Head of Design & General Manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
• Lead and manage the Interior Design department, 3D team, and interns, offering guidance, advice, and performance management.
