Job summary

Beiersdorf in the UAE seeks a social-first marketer to grow influencer ecosystems across MENA brands like NIVEA and Eucerin. You will drive activations, build creator communities and manage day-to-day social channels, reporting on performance and insights.

You will lead influencer experiences at launches, manage agencies, and develop creative collaborations that generate buzz and earned impact in a fast-changing market.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven experience executing influencer campaigns and events.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator ecosystems.
• Agile, proactive and results-oriented.
• Highly autonomous and organized.
• Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging creators and collaboration opportunities.
• Create culturally relevant activations rooted in local consumer insights.
• Execute influencer campaigns for Beiersdorf brands from briefing to delivery and reporting.
• Build and nurture creator communities and partnerships.
• Lead always-on social activity across Instagram and TikTok with agency partners.
• Plan and execute PR kits, gifting programs and influencer events.
• Monitor campaign performance and report KPIs, ROI and budgets.
