Beiersdorf in Dubai is seeking a social-first, digitally savvy marketer to grow our influencer and creator communities across brands in the MENA region.

You will lead influencer activations, run campaigns from briefing to reporting, manage partnerships with agencies, and own always-on Instagram and TikTok programs across NIVEA and Eucerin. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits with regional scope and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in influencer marketing or social media.
• Proven experience executing influencer campaigns and events.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and creator ecosystems.
• Agile, proactive and results-oriented. Highly autonomous and organized.
• Native Arabic speaker. Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging creators and collaboration opportunities; build creator communities.
• Execute influencer campaigns across brands from briefing through delivery and reporting.
• Lead always-on social activity across Instagram and TikTok and manage content planning.
• Plan and execute PR kits, gifting programs, and influencer experiences at launches.
• Monitor KPIs and provide campaign performance insights and ROI.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with influencer agencies and external partners.
