Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai seeks an HR data and reporting specialist to support manpower budgeting, collation of requirements, and payroll-related processes. You will work with the HRBP and Operations Manager to ensure accurate data entry, budget tracking, and timely reporting across cost centers and stores.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years in corporate HR, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools and SAP HCM.
• Understanding of personnel administration, legal reporting, and payroll preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manpower Budget Reporting.
• Support Senior HRBP and HR Operations Manager in collating manpower requirements from management.
• Validate variable budget assumptions and data entry into planning tool for each cost center.
• Create headcount tracking sheets by band and cost center; assist in budget approval.
• Compile HR data reports, analyze data variance and prepare detailed reports.
• Compile PDR ratings and forms; provide guidance on content quality for levels F and below.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment activities for bands G and below, including Stores.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to manage SuccessFactors openings and requisitions.
• Ensure recruitment is completed within 45 days and procedures comply with audits.
• Review disciplinary cases; prepare letters and manage filing with timelines.
• Train store admin teams on data standards; perform HR cost and accrual checks.
• Conduct SAP checks to ensure correct workflows and changes; update org charts.
