Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner for a major desalination O&M project in Abu Dhabi. You will support HR operations for on-site staff, partner with JV stakeholders on people initiatives, and gain hands-on exposure to a large utilities project.

This UAE National role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD Level 3 or 5 is preferred. The position offers a competitive package of AED 16,000–18,000 per month with strong learning and progression opportunities.
