Job summary

OBS Group in Dubai is hiring 3 Junior E-commerce Executives to support Amazon 1P/3P and Noon operations across the UAE and KSA, working with Automotive and Beauty brands and expanding into GCC and international marketplaces.

You will handle day-to-day marketplace operations, manage orders, optimize listings, run ads, coordinate stock and packaging, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Onsite in Dubai; 0–2 years in e-commerce; Bachelor's in Marketing or Business.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on marketplace operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Noon/other platforms is a plus.
• Onsite work in Dubai preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon 1P/3P and Noon in the UAE and KSA.
• Manage end-to-end order processing on Amazon and Noon seller accounts.
• Coordinate stock movements, returns, and credit/debit notes with Amazon records.
• Coordinate replenishment across channels including warehouse packing and SKU reorder-point monitoring.
• Manage product listings optimization, rich content and catalog SEO/keywords.
• Execute advertising campaigns Amazon Ads and Noon Ads and support seasonal promotions.
• Manage fulfillment models (Amazon Retail FBA, FBM, Noon FBN) and returns/customer service.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Support onboarding for new marketplaces, brands and regions.
• Coordinate packing requirements and e-commerce packaging suppliers.
• Assist onboarding and setup for new marketplaces, brands and regions.

We are expanding our Marketplace team and are hiring 3 Junior E-commerce Executives to support our Amazon 1P 3P and Noon operations across the UAE and KSA. You will work across Automotive and Beauty FMCG brands and grow with us as we expand into other GCC and international marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon 1P 3P and Noon in the UAE and KSA
• Manage end-to-end order processing on Amazon and Noon seller accounts
• Coordinate internal stock movements returns and reconciliation and cross-check credit debit notes against Amazon records
• Coordinate replenishment across all channels including warehouse packing team coordination and SKU reorder-point monitoring based on sales velocity and supplier lead time
• Manage product listings optimization A rich content and catalog including keyword research and SEO
• Execute advertising campaigns Amazon Ads Noon Ads and support seasonal promotions and events Prime White Friday etc
• Manage fulfillment models Amazon Retail FBA FBM Noon FBN seller-fulfilled returns refunds and customer service
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
• Support 1P vendor onboarding cataloguing content storefront setup and marketplace policy compliance
• Coordinate packing requirements and e-commerce packaging suppliers
• Support onboarding and setup for new marketplaces brands and regions

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with Excel Google Sheets and multiple platforms
• Able to work onsite in Dubai
• Immediate joiners or candidates based in the UAE preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on marketplace operations.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
