Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital retail, sales support or a related role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab or similar marketplace platforms is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, lookups and basic reporting and PowerPoint/slides proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with SKU, pricing and inventory data.
• Good written and spoken English
• Comfortable working across several tasks and marketplaces while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn platform processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Good communication skills and confidence coordinating with internal teams and external marketplace contacts.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, maintenance and optimization of product listings across Amazon and Noon, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing and catalogue attributes.
• Assist with new SKU setup, catalogue uploads, variation creation, listing corrections and marketplace approval or gating requirements.
• Monitor listing status and help resolve suppressed, rejected or inactive listings by coordinating with marketplace support teams and internal stakeholders.
• Track sales, stock on hand, inbound shipments, FBA/FBN inventory and SKU availability across marketplaces.
• Schedule and book inbound shipments and delivery appointments for Amazon FBA and Noon FBN, including coordinating shipment plans, labels, required documentation and delivery slots with the operations and logistics teams.
• Prepare and update weekly marketplace reports covering sales, stock, campaign performance, listing status and key operational updates.
• Support Sponsored Ads activity by updating campaign trackers, monitoring spend, clicks, conversion, ROAS and basic optimization actions under guidance.
• Assist with pricing checks, competitor monitoring, promotions and marketplace event preparation.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, marketing, finance and brand teams to collect product information, images, costs and supporting documents.
• Support Amazon and Noon account managers with follow-ups on catalogue, fulfilment, compliance and operational issues.
• Maintain organized products, SKU, ASIN, barcode and marketplace data in Excel trackers and internal files.
• Help prepare marketplace content such as A+ content, Brand Store updates, and customer-response templates where required.
• Assist with customer service and buyer-seller messaging tasks, including routing enquiries or issues to the relevant team.
• Carry out basic market and competitor research to support new product launches and marketplace expansion.
• Escalate issues promptly when they may affect stock availability, listing visibility, customer experience or sales.
