Job summary

Richkey Properties is looking for a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support our Dubai real estate teams. You will focus on sourcing, screening, coordination and follow-up to ensure a smooth hiring process for agents and back-office roles.

You will work closely with the recruitment and operations teams, maintaining accurate candidate records, driving timely interviews and assisting with offer coordination and onboarding in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements.
Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases and referrals.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Currently based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back-office positions).
Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Support offer coordination and onboarding processes.
Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards.
